Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

If you received a faulty item:
  • Contact us on with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • If you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of 100% refund or another product with the same price, once the item has been returned back to us. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.
Once the item has been entitled to return:
  • You can post your return back within 7 days of receiving the confirmation from us.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
  • Returns after 7 days of the confirmation will not be accepted.
  • Once your return has reached our head office, allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund.
  • We will then send you a confirmation email when we have already processed the refund.
