Refund Policy

FOXY & Co. Jewellery complies with Australian Consumer Law ensuring our products are sold without faults and are the same as described online.


What we can do is offer a credit voucher or refund (excluding postage paid) for all full priced items that are unworn and in original condition. 

If your jewellery matches the above conditions, please request a return by contacting us on

Your request must be received within 14 days from purchase and further details will be provided once contacted.

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once returns are received, they will be processed within 10 business days and all refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.


NOTE: We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons. The size & dimensions are provided in our product descriptions and we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on earrings unless deemed faulty.


Did you purchase your items from a stockist?

Returns & Exchanges must be made through the stockist in which you purchased the items.


Did you purchase your items on sale?

All sale items purchased during our SALE are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items (this excludes the sign up 10% offer) unless deemed faulty. If you have received a sale item that is faulty, please contact us on with a photo of the product clearly showing the fault, along with your order number.


Did you purchase your items in a FOXY & Co. Jewellery event or at the markets?

Please follow the same return process and add a photo of your receipt in the email.



You tried your absolute best to measure the size of the ring by following our guide and it still doesn't fit?

Our stock is limited, so to avoid disappointment we suggest you to purchase the new item immediately and follow the returns process for a refund. Please contact us at for any inquiry regarding exchange.
